Skill School.

COVID in School – If your child displays symptoms of COVID, keep them at home and do a Lateral Flow test.  If your child is tested for COVID, please forward a copy of the result of the PCR/Lateral Flow test to the school office.  If a positive result is returned, please contact the school office for further guidance.  If a child tests positive in any class, an email will be sent out to the parents/guardians of pupils in that class.

The guidance has changed; you DO NOT keep your child off school (Unless your child has tested positive!), an updated information email will be sent out if there is a positive case in your child’s class.

Primary 1 and 2 Spare Clothing – Please ensure that your child’s spare change is restocked after the mid-term break.

KS2 Spare Clothing – Please send in a spare change of clothes/footwear that children can change into if it is wet and mucky outside.

World Book Day – To celebrate World Book day on Thursday 3rd March, children may dress up as a character from their favourite book.  We are giving parents notice so you can put your thinking caps on over the mid-term break.  Perhaps you could find out what your child is reading in class and try and link in with the characters from that novel or a character from their favourite book, there’s lots to choose from!

Primary 7 – The Post-Primary Application Process for Primary 7 pupils is now open.  This will remain open until Wednesday 23rd February 2022.  Please follow the attached link to complete this process https://admissions.eani.org.uk/postprimary/Login.
