School Choir – The school choir will practise during the school day this term.
Do This in Memory – The Primary 4 children from the parish schools will continue with their sacramental preparation this weekend, through the ‘Do This in Memory’ programme. Together with their families, they are invited to attend Mass on Saturday 10th February at Star of The Sea at 5:00 p.m.
School Choir – The school choir are singing at the ‘Do This in Memory’ Mass at 5:00 p.m. in Star of the Sea. All children involved have been given a separate note
Safer Internet Day – Thanks to all the staff and pupils for their participation in ‘Safer Internet Day.’ The children learned how to stay safe online and what to do if they need help.
Congratulations- To the three Primary 7 pupils ( Eoin Green, Odhran Devine and Odhran Mc Cahill) who will represent the school at half time during the Derry V Monaghan game.
Being Well, Doing Well – Thank you to all the parents who completed the Being Well, Doing Well questionnaire. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Up Coming Events:
World Book Day – The school will celebrate ‘World Book Day’ on Thursday 7th March. This gives you plenty of time to swap/ borrow/make costumes over the midterm break.
P2 Grandparents day– Primary 2 pupils will be putting on a special performance for grandparents on Friday 15th March at 9:45 a.m. in the Master’s Hall. More details will follow.

Ladies Netball – Broadbridge Ladies Netball Thursday 8th February at Broadbridge Primary School in the Master’s Hall at 7:30- 9:00 p.m. All ladies 18+ are welcome to join. Cost £3.

Food Bank – A food bank has recently opened at Star of The Sea Chapel. This opens every Wednesday 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for anyone who wishes to visit.
