School Diary   Friday 22nd Dec. – Non-uniform day. Children may wear something Christmassy!

Morning Club – 8:00-8:45 (£1 PER CHILD)
2-3 PM Club – 2:00-3:00 (£2 PER CHILD)
Afterschool Club – 3:00-4:15 (£3 PER CHILD)

Please note: There is no late club on Friday 22nd December. School closes at 12 Noon.

 

Santa Stroll – There will be a Santa Stroll on Friday 22nd Dec. Leaving Ashburn Image at 8:30 a.m. or the Playpark for 8:35 a.m.

Children Going Home on Friday 22nd December for Christmas Break – Parents are asked to ensure that the children know how they are travelling home on Friday, particularly if there is a change to the normal routine.  Walkers, Paschal’s bus children and those going across the ‘Blue Bridge’ will leave at 11:45 a.m. Children getting picked up by car will leave at 12:00 noon. Please drive slowly and with care as you approach the school as there will be a lot of excited children about.

Non-Uniform Day – Friday 22nd December is non- uniform day. Children can wear Christmas Jumpers or something Christmassy on the day!

 

Primary 1 Nativity – Thanks to all the pupils who performed at the Nativity Play on Saturday. They were fantastic and behaved brilliantly in the chapel. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard and contributed to the success of the Nativity play.

 

School Choir – A huge thank you to all members of our fantastic school choir under the guidance of Miss Wade and Mr Morrison who did a great job performing at the numerous events over the last few weeks. Thanks to all the parents/guardians for making this possible. Well done to all involved, wishing you a Merry Christmas from all in the choir.

Saint Vincent de Paul – Congratulations to the winners of the St. Vincent de Paul draw. 1st Place – Margot Mc Ginnis, 2nd Place – Charlie Mc Cauley and 3rd Place Brendan Deery. A grand total of £6806 was raised for the charity.

 

Maxol & The Credit Union – Our thanks to Val in the Maxol garage and the Credit Union, Eglinton for providing the children with selection boxes this Christmas.

 

New Entrants – Primary 1 – September 2024 – The application process for those children due to start school in September 2024 opens on Tuesday 9th January 2024 and closes on the Friday 26th January 2024. Children born on or between 2nd July 2019 and 1st July 2020 (inclusive) may commence primary education in September 2024.
