New Admissions Open Night Tonight!!- The school will be open for all prospective pupils and parents tonight 7^th December from 6:00 -7:00 p.m. Come along and meet the pupils and staff and see what Broadbridge Primary School can offer you. If this date is not suitable, please contact the school office and we will accommodate you at a later date. Please spread the word to family, friends and neighbours.

 

Winter Wonderland ‘Drive Thru’ –Invite you to meet Santa Claus at our Winter Wonderland ‘Drive Thru’ tomorrow night Friday 8^th December 2023 between 5:30-7:30 p.m. Santa and his Elves are very excited to meet all the boys & girls. Don’t forget to bring your letter for Santa, he might have a little treat for you! Ho Ho Ho!

 

Nativity Mass – The Primary 1 Nativity will take place at Star of the Sea,

Faughanvale on Saturday 16^th December at 5:00 p.m. Primary 1 pupils will get a separate note tomorrow, Friday, about the Nativity. Please

check your child’s folder.

 

Saint Vincent De Paul – We are still awaiting some books to be returned to the school. Please return on Monday at the latest. Draw takes place on Friday 15^th December.

 

Journey to Santa Challenge – We encourage all children to continue walking, cycling, and scooting to school. You still have time to make 12 active journeys before Christmas to be in with a chance of winning a voucher for a bike! Please use a helmet and bright clothing. Please use bike lights on the dark mornings.

 

Accelerated Reading – Pupils have now 2 weeks left to reach their AR targets. Keep at the reading children you are doing fantastic!

 

In the Community

 

Ladies Netball – Broadbridge Ladies Netball tonight Thursday 7^th December at Broadbridge Primary School in the Master’s Hall at 7:30 p.m.  All ladies 18+ are welcome to join.  Cost £3

 

SANTA is coming to Eglinton Community Centre  –Sat 9^th Dec 2023, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Eglinton Eyecare will be raising money for the Cancer Fund for Children by bringing Santa to meet all kids big and small in his grotto in the Community Centre.
