Sustrans’ Big Walk and Wheel
Get ready for the Big Walk and Wheel which will run from Monday 21st March to Friday 1st April. Plenty of notice to get the flat tyres fixed, chains oiled and ready to pedal!!!! We would encourage as many families as possible to walk or wheel to school during this period. This is a great opportunity to get fit and healthy whilst having a positive impact on the children’s health and well-being as well as the environment. Prizes will be awarded, within each Key Stage, for the pupil with the most journeys. Walkers may meet at the Play Park and Ashburn Image at 8:30 a.m. The walking train will be leaving on time every day!
